Consilient’s support services are designed to help you understand your current situation and assist you to reflect strategically on what you should do next, whether that’s more, less, the same or something entirely different. Consilient can support you to deliver to your objectives in a focused and responsible way in an hour, half a day, a short programme of events or a large scale strategic development programme.

Interactive Conferences

We can help you design and deliver large scale interactive events for up to 400 people. We provide the support to ensure live feedback on the day and immediate electronic and digital follow up of the material generated. Our dynamic facilitation - and our support of your people in hosting small group discussions - ensures a successful day and will leapfrog you into the future.


Team Workshops

We can work with small management teams of four or less, staff groups of 60 plus or larger workforces of 250 or more (see also ‘interactive conferences’ which can cater for up to 400 people). We can bring your teams together to review their performance, prepare for transition or recover resiliently from a crisis.

We can offer short term development programmes for leaders, managers and teams to get a handle on performance in pressurised or emerging environments.
 


Training Programmes

Consilient deliver a range of training programmes which are highly interactive and outcome focused. We can also design bespoke programmes to meet your needs. Current programmes include:

 

  • ILM endorsed Leading Transitions and Sustaining Systems course. In this is a six module course, each module is three hours long, covering different topic areas. The course can be delivered as a fully assessed programme or as a ‘pick and mix’ of relevant modules.

 

  • Prove it Programme - measuring and identifying impact and communicating this effectively to ensure sustainability and further embedding of the work.

 

  • Consilient’s one day programme: Creating High Performance Teams introduces the concept from a range of views, getting delegates to assess their own characteristics and produce their personal development plan to enhance overall performance.

 

  • Emotional Management at Work is a one day course which covers an understanding of emotion at work, how it can impact on the workplace and strategies for managing the impacts effectively. This course is particularly useful where staff may be routinely exposed to stress and trauma or following a major incident at work.

 

  • Effective Supervision and Performance Management of Staff is a programme which covers the approaches to integrating supervision and performance management, looking at how managers and supervisors can get the best from their staff and how to deal with some of the common blocks to performance.

 

  • Systems Thinking at Work is a one day programme which introduces you to a range of approaches to systems thinking and practical ways to apply this in your workplace.

 

  • A new programme delivered with two of our partners: Fix if Fast, is a high energy solution-focused series of hour long interviews designed to unlock the potential in your organisation when you're not sure how best to proceed.

Live reporting and recording

There is often a need to get material from an event back to the people or into a wider network. Our ‘done on the day’ facility means our people will work with you and your material to turn outputs into useful knowledge and strategic information. We will gather the insights and creativity from the day and ensure audio, visuals, images and text (as appropriate) are available to you either the same day or on the following working day in electronic, paper or digital formats. We can also prepare material for your events.


Coaching and Mentoring

We will work individually with your people to assist them in their transition to new roles, in transforming their performance and the services they manage and in assisting people to reflect on their current position.


Whole System Reviews and Service Evaluations

Should you require larger scale system redesign, service development or performance reviews and evaluation, Consilient can offer a six week service and system review which will assist you in getting a grip on the larger scale issues and challenges in your organisation.
